Job Role: Farm Extension Specialist

Farmers who are passionate about sustainable agriculture and willing to expand their organic cultivation area can join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver advisory services to farmers, promote practices in organic agriculture, and ensure that all activities align with the company's goals.

You will also be responsible for sourcing agricultural commodities as per plan and parameters (quality and pricing). Moreover, you will need to work closely with the team to develop and implement a state-wise business plan that meets key performance indicators (KPIs) such as targeted area, volume, buying efficiency, and documentation compliance.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of organic farming practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to review team performance on key indicators and take corrective action when necessary. Additionally, you should be able to travel to rural areas and work under challenging conditions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field
