Job Summary:

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 18 years of experience in software delivery, QA, or certification/testing services is required, preferably in gaming, fintech, or highly regulated industries.
  • At least 10-12 years of experience in leadership roles managing large teams or delivery centers is essential.
  • A strong understanding of compliance frameworks, QA methodologies, and SDLC is necessary.
  • Experience working with clients in regulated markets is also required.
  • Knowledge of gaming standards like GLI, ISO/IEC 17025, or responsible gaming practices is a plus.
