About the Role

We're seeking an experienced leader to head our LMS operations and manage a team of LMS administrators, ensuring seamless delivery of global learning programs.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and guide a team of 2–3 LMS administrators.
  • Assign tasks, set priorities, and manage performance.
  • Provide training, feedback, and support to build team capability.
Project Management

Plan and track LMS-related projects, activities, and milestones. Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of learning programs.

System Administration

Oversee user administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the Learning Management System (LMS).
