Senior Android Developer

This role is for a skilled Android developer to design, build, and maintain sophisticated applications for the Android platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile development, a passion for innovation, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop advanced Android applications with a focus on performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new features and functionalities.
  • Work with external data sources and APIs to enhance application capabilities.
  • Conduct thorough unit testing to ensure code reliability, security, and maintainability.
  • Focus on bug fixing and continuously improve application stability and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in mobile development to maximize development efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in software development with significant expertise in Android development.
  • Strong knowledge of the Android SDK and its various components.
  • Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON.
  • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs to enhance application capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, and trends.
  • Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Preference for candidates from reputable institutions and companies.
