Team Leadership


The Radiology Team Lead will oversee a team of virtual radiology assistants, ensuring timely and accurate completion of radiology tasks.


Key responsibilities include:



  • Providing leadership, guidance, and support to team members to optimize their performance and productivity.
  • Developing and implementing training programs to ensure team members have necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Monitoring team performance and productivity metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Handling escalations and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members.
  • Maintaining daily reports, incident logs, and shift planners to meet SLAs.
  • Creating and maintaining incident trackers for ongoing issues.
  • Daily work order planning and management, reviewing work lists and allocating shift schedules.
  • Building a congenial work environment through engagement and fun activities.
  • Preparing for onboarding, including learning images, scope of work, and creating learning repositories.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and advancements in virtual radiology technology.

People Development



  • Mentoring and coaching team members to help them grow and develop.
  • Carrying out audits of cases processed by the team and providing timely feedback.
  • Identifying training needs for team members and working with departments to meet those needs.
  • Appraising team members' performance at regular intervals.
  • Conducting monthly one-on-ones to build connections and motivate employees.
  • Conducting daily team briefings to discuss targets versus performance and plan actions to improve.
  • Managing EWS to ensure attrition is within control.
  • Maintaining and reporting performance data related to Clinical documentation specialists.

Qualifications



  • Life Science or pharma graduates, Radiology technicians, or BDS.

Pre-Requisites



  • A minimum of years of experience in Pharmacovigilance operations and leading a team of employees.
