Meta Ads Growth Marketer Role

We are seeking a skilled Meta Ads Growth Marketer to drive growth across e-commerce clients' platforms. As a key member of our growth marketing team, you will be responsible for developing high-performing ad creatives and campaign structures that drive results on Meta platforms.

  • Ad Creative Development: Develop engaging ad creatives and campaign structures that drive conversions on Meta platforms.
  • Attribution Setup: Establish robust attribution setups to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize future campaigns.
  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and monitor key performance metrics.
  • Growth Strategies: Develop growth strategies to optimize campaign performance and drive business growth.
  • D2C Store Management: Assist in managing and optimizing D2C stores, primarily Shopify-based, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Competitor Research: Research competitor D2C strategies and consumer trends to provide actionable insights and inform growth strategies.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • e-Commerce Interest: Strong interest in e-commerce and digital marketing, with a basic understanding of platforms like Shopify and Meta Ads.
  • Design Eye: Creative eye for ad design and content hooks, with attention to detail and strong coordination skills.
