AI Systems Engineer

We are seeking a skilled AI Systems Engineer to join our team. As an AI Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and building end-to-end pipelines that integrate data ingestion, cleaning, embeddings, model training, evaluation, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build AI systems using machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
  • Engineer scalable infrastructure using APIs, microservices, and data systems that integrate into live products.
  • Prototype generative AI tools, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and autonomous agents—and push them into production.
  • Work alongside product managers, designers, and founders to bring new AI-powered ventures to life.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong programming background in Python, Node.js, or similar, with deep comfort in software engineering best practices.
  • Experience with ML/AI frameworks, including PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
  • Knowledge of data engineering & databases, including SQL/NoSQL and vector DBs like Pinecone/Weaviate.
  • Familiarity with MLOps and deployment, including Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud storage.
  • Hands-on exposure to retrieval systems, embeddings, and RAG pipelines.
