Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research, including interviews and surveys, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  • Translate ideas into tangible designs by creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for new features.
  • Craft intuitive and beautiful interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
  • Participate in design critiques, sharing feedback and perspectives to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and expand our design system and component library to streamline workflows and enhance consistency.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Currently studying or recently graduated with a degree in a relevant field.
  • A portfolio demonstrating your design process and projects that showcase your skills and creativity.
  • Familiarity with core UI/UX design principles and best practices.
  • Experience with common design tools like Figma and proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with others.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles to ensure designs are accessible and usable for all users.
