This role involves the administration and oversight of regulatory operations within a banking environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in regulatory reporting, compliance management, and customer onboarding.

  1. The primary responsibility will be to ensure adherence to regulatory standards by conducting comprehensive product audits and compliance checks.
  2. The incumbent will also be responsible for monitoring and implementing daily regulatory compliance requirements.
  3. Development and maintenance of robust internal control frameworks for banking products is another key aspect of this role.
  4. Implementation and tracking of regulatory circulars, with a focus on KYC-related guidelines, will be crucial.
  5. Preparation and submission of regulatory reports as per jurisdictional guidelines is also essential.
  6. Review, validation, and reconciliation of data sources used for regulatory reporting will require attention to detail and analytical skills.
  7. Conducting periodic reviews to ensure customer onboarding and lifecycle management processes align with regulatory standards is also necessary.
  8. Collaboration with internal teams, including Finance, Risk, and Compliance, to gather data and ensure accuracy in reports will be vital.
  9. Maintenance of strong documentation and audit trails for all submissions is also required.
  10. Support in data submissions to compliance, internal audit teams, and regulators will be an ongoing task.
  11. Leverage data analytics for insights, ensuring proficiency in data extraction, manipulation, and reporting will be a key skill.
