Senior Legal Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive legal professional to join our contract management team. As a key player, you will work closely with various stakeholders to draft and review contracts using designated tools.

The ideal candidate will have strong legal acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Your attention to detail and ability to balance competing priorities will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of contractual terms.

Duties will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment on contractual terms. You will also maintain clear and professional communication throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and review contracts using designated tools, ensuring accuracy, legal soundness, and compliance with internal standards and policies.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders including business, operations, and other departments to gather inputs, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment on contractual terms.
  • Proactively secure necessary approvals from cross-functional teams for both draft and final contract versions.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the process.
Qualifications:
  • Education: LLB (Bachelor of Law)
  • Experience: relevant contract / legal experience preferred
  • Skills: Contract drafting, stakeholder management, communication, and tool proficiency.
