We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Property Listing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in generating qualified leads by ensuring property listings are well-optimized, up-to-date, and engaging across leading real estate portals.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Generate quality leads through active listings on platforms like 99acres, MagicBricks, and Housing.com.
- Listing Management: Upload, update, and maintain accurate property listings on real estate portals.
- List Optimization: Ensure all listings are visually appealing, keyword-optimized, and refreshed regularly.
- Analytics Monitoring: Monitor analytics and lead inflow from property portals to identify trends and improve performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales and Telesales teams to gather inventory details and highlight key features.
- Experimentation and Testing: Test and experiment with listing formats, titles, descriptions, images, and premium features.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to stay up to date with real estate portal trends, tools, and best practices. If you have a graduate degree in BBA, B.Com, or equivalent field, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you
