Identity and Access Management Executive - MFA Strategist

This is a senior leadership role for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) executive with expertise in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

• The successful candidate will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of IAM solutions to ensure secure access to company resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Develop and implement effective IAM policies, procedures, and standards to protect company assets.
• Provide technical guidance on MFA technologies and solutions, including integration and troubleshooting.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for remediation strategies.
• Lead the development of monitoring and reporting solutions to track IAM usage and performance metrics.
• Mentor internal teams and end-users on IAM processes and tools to ensure a smooth transition and understanding of new systems.
• Communicate IAM program progress, successes, and challenges to management and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust IAM solutions that meet business needs while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
• Provide technical support and guidance on IAM technologies and solutions.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
• Lead the development of training programs for internal teams and end-users on IAM processes and tools.
• Collaborate with architecture teams to design and implement IAM solutions that meet business needs.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with a focus on Multi-Factor Authentication.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful IAM solutions.
• Strong technical skills in IAM technologies, including MFA solutions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to mentor and train internal teams.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices related to IAM.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CISSP or equivalent certification.
• Experience working in a global financial services firm.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Authenticator and other MFA solutions.
• Experience with security auditing and risk assessment.
