Job Title: Senior Software Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced software development manager to lead our team of skilled engineers in delivering high-quality web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex web applications using Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features that meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Optimize applications for performance and responsiveness across multiple devices by identifying and resolving technical issues promptly.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to drive improvements in development processes and deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or equivalent role.
  • Expertise in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks like React, Redux or Angular).
  • Experience with back-end technologies (Node.js, Python etc.) and database management (SQL, NoSQL).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written.
