**Job Description:**

This role involves evaluating and improving the performance of network protocols, ensuring seamless connectivity and robust functionality.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development and implementation of high-quality test cases for network components.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive product validation and quality assurance.
  • Identifying and troubleshooting complex issues related to wireless packet captures and log-level debugging.
  • Designing and executing comprehensive testing strategies to validate mesh product capabilities.
  • Creating and tracking bugs in a project management tool to ensure timely escalation and resolution of critical issues.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in networking protocols testing and issue analysis.
  • Hands-on expertise with Wi-Fi protocols (IEEE a/b/g/n/ac/ax) and EasyMesh specifications.
  • In-depth understanding of network protocols (L2/L3), including routing and switching concepts such as VLAN, DHCP, DNS, and NAT.
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills, with the ability to create and track bugs in a project management tool.
  • Experience with designing and developing test cases for networking components.
