Product Quality Assurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lab Set Up: Design, install, and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Test Method Development: Develop and implement test methods for raw materials and finished products to meet industry standards.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Regularly maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Raw Material Testing: Conduct thorough testing of raw materials to ensure they meet specifications and are safe for use.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and processes that meet customer requirements.
  • Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure that products meet specifications and are free from defects.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to stakeholders on product quality, process efficiency, and other key metrics.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., chemistry, biology, engineering).
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a quality assurance or quality control role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, effective communication and collaboration skills.
