Job Title:

A Global Project Director


About the Role:

This is a senior-level position responsible for leading cross-functional projects and teams in a matrixed set-up.

You will work independently, exercising judgment within broadly defined practices and policies to select methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the creation and consolidation of cross-functional input for therapeutic area strategies
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive and collate assigned idea evaluations, development assumptions, strategies, and development plans for new projects
  • Secure alignment, transparency, and endorsement of development assumptions and strategy from development functions
  • Chair and lead project teams, meetings, decisions, risk, and issue management
Key Requirements:
  • Expert knowledge of multidisciplinary project management, hard skills, and soft skills
  • Demonstrated management experience of 4-8 years in pharma or healthcare industry
  • Proficient knowledge of portfolio management, finance, and budgeting
  • PMI certification preferred

The ideal candidate will have excellent team leadership and cross-functional negotiation skills, stakeholder management, and communication/presentation skills at both team and executive levels. You should be able to foster a collaborative environment and motivate high-performing teams to deliver results.
