Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI developer to lead our team in creating innovative chat systems.

  • Design and implement strategies for enhancing and optimizing chat infrastructure, including chat history storage and retrieval using SQL and vector databases.
  • Develop robust chat session handling, including lifecycle management and session continuity.
  • Optimize system performance to reduce latency and improve the efficiency of chat interactions and related computations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 8+ years of experience in AI chat systems, with expertise in enhancing and optimizing chat infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in implementing core components such as chat history storage and retrieval using SQL and vector databases.
  • Experience in improving session management, context injection, and system performance.
  • Ability to design and manage robust chat session handling, including lifecycle management and session continuity.
  • Expertise in Python and General Artificial Intelligence (GenAI).
  • Able to coach others.
