The successful candidate will be responsible for demonstrating products to customers, conducting site visits, and ensuring thorough understanding of customer requirements. Key Responsibilities:

  • Product demonstrations to customers
  • Site visits and installations
  • Customer relationship management
  • Assist project kickoff and planning
  • Execution of UAT/SAT, Installation Qualification protocol, and training end-users
  • Installation of production builds and database maintenance plan creation
  • On-site support and customer call handling
  • Reproduce reported issues or test cases at offshore
  • Patch updating and maintenance
  • Installation of training, UAT and production builds
  • Execution of Operational Qualification and support to customer on PQ execution
  • Interface configurations and execute test scripts
  • Assist in internal validation of product and execute validation scripts
  • Document issues and deviations of on-site validation and review validation outputs with customer

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead projects and teams
  • Flexibility to travel for implementation
  • QAMS/DMS/LIMS domain knowledge is an added advantage
