Job Overview

Our organization seeks a detail-oriented and organized Junior Project Coordinator to lead projects from inception to completion.

  • Project Management: Oversee project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project records, prepare reports, and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster effective communication among team members to ensure timely task completion.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and work with the team to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Budget & Resource Tracking: Monitor project expenses and resources under supervision.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements for increased project efficiency.
  • Tool & Software Usage: Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) to track project progress.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in business, management, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is an asset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, or project management software.
