We are seeking an Embedded Systems Engineer to join our team of innovative professionals. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in growing our embedded software and controls capabilities for airborne products.

This position is based at our office in Magarpatta City, Pune, where you will work collaboratively with our Aerospace product team and others to contribute to the architecture, design, and implementation of DO178B/C software applications.

  • Develop high-quality base SW in Aero development projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering, and test teams to create products that solve customer problems.
  • Propose and provide innovative technical solutions that drive business impact and add value to stakeholders.
  • Provide work estimates and conduct design, implementation, and code reviews.
  • Enhance the value proposition and quality of engineering deliverables through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive innovation with a focus on new patents and high-impact ideas.
  • Create and sustain processes for design standards and procedures governing product design verification and validation methods and documents.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in real-time embedded software design and development, preferably in the Automotive Domain or Aero space Domain.
Key Skills
  • Strong programming fundamentals in C and embedded system concepts.
  • Knowledge of embedded firmware development with 16-bit/32-bit microcontrollers, including board bring-up, testing, and debugging.
  • Comfortable using lab tools (debuggers, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers).
  • Experience with communication interfaces such as I2C, SPI, CAN, Arinc429, and Arinc825.
  • Experience with boot loaders.
  • Knowledge of safety-critical embedded software development processes.
  • Good knowledge of GitHub, JIRA, and Agile/SAFe methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with static analysis tools like Coverity and Polyspace.
  • Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks like VectorCast.
  • Experience with embedded real-time operating systems RTOS.
  • Hands-on experience with CANalyzer/CANoe or other equivalent CAN/LIN analysis tools.
  • Hands-on experience with requirements management tools like DOORS.
  • Strong stakeholder orientation, willingness to meet deadlines, and self-management skills.
  • Passion for solving problems to resolution and good root cause analysis skill.
  • Ability to work and collaborate in a dynamic team environment.
  • Clear and concise oral and written communication skills.
  • Mentoring skills for new team members.
