Job Opening

The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media and references. They will also screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting on various platforms
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database and reports
  • Follow up with candidates for documentation, joining and onboarding
  • Support employee engagement activities and HR tasks
  • Attend career fairs, job drives and recruitment events if required
Requirements:
  • Pursuing or completed graduation/post-graduation in HR Management or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment tools like LinkedIn, etc
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
