Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned statistical programmer to lead our team and drive the success of our projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical programming, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and develop statistical analysis plans, protocol documents, and case report forms
  • Develop and validate SDTM domains, ADaM datasets, and TLFs using SAP and mock shells
  • Setup folder structures for assigned studies according to SOPs
  • Forecast team workloads and provide project objectives/milestones
  • Communicate study status to Project Managers/clients periodically
  • Identify, communicate, and manage study-based risks and issues within timeframe
  • Maintain supporting documentation for studies according to SOPs and Work Instructions
  • Contribute to development of Statistical Programming standards and processes
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of statistical programming principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in CDISC Therapeutic standards, GCP, and applicable ICH guidelines
