Job Title: Senior Visual Designer

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and versatile Junior UI/UX Designer to support the design of both our digital products and marketing materials.

You'll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and the marketing team to create seamless, user-friendly experiences for our customers across all touchpoints.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in both product design and brand-focused design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create intuitive, visually appealing, and functional user interfaces for our digital products (web and mobile).
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into user-centric designs.
  • Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts.
  • Participate in user testing and gather feedback to refine designs and improve user experience.
  • E nsure designs are consistent with our product's design system and guidelines.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketers to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
  • Participate in design critiques and offer constructive feedback to other team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design, HCI, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design (internships or freelance work may be considered).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or similar.
  • A solid understanding of UI design principles, UX best practices, and responsive design.
  • Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in designing for Dashboards & Websites.
  • Familiarity with design systems and UI kits.
