About the Opportunity

Starbucks India is a 50:50 Joint Venture between Tata Global Beverages and Starbucks Coffee Company. Currently, we have presence in 30 cities with over 230 stores through a network of over 2,300+ passionate partners (employees). Our core business is more than just coffee. We are in the people business selling coffee.

The Role

As a Young Coffee Connoisseur, you will be part of a dynamic team that creates an exceptional customer experience every day. You will provide legendary customer service, create the Starbucks Experience for customers, and maintain a clean and comfortable store environment.

Your Responsibilities

1. Provide prompt service, quality beverages and products to all customers
2. Create the Starbucks Experience for our customers
3. Model and act in accordance with TATA Starbucks guiding principles

Eligibility Criteria

1. Students pursuing 11th or Secondary / 10th pass level
2. Minimum 16 years of age
3. Valid Aadhar (National Identity) card

Program Framework

1. 12 months of Paid Apprenticeship with On the job training
2. 9 hours (including 1 hour break) per day and 5 days working
3. Online Assessment on completion of 3 & 11 months
4. Government recognized & Starbucks co-branded certificate on successful completion of the program

Possible Salary Range: ₹200,000 - ₹250,000 per annum based on performance and location.
