Key Responsibilities for Compliance Audit and Monitoring Specialist:
  1. Support the third-party management process by tracking system usage, resolving user queries, and ensuring the completion of due diligence procedures as required.
  2. Assist in creating presentations to document status and progress in the third-party intermediary management system.
  3. Provide training and onboarding to new users on the third-party management system.
  4. Troubleshoot system user issues and escalate them to the support desk when necessary.
  5. Identify and address incomplete due diligence by third-parties, collaborating with business users to complete the full cycle.
  6. Stay up-to-date with antibribery and anticorruption compliance rules, regulations, enforcement trends, and industry standards to recommend policy and practice updates.
  7. Participate in resolving issues based on existing solutions, policies, and procedures related to third-parties.
  8. Assist in special projects and perform other duties as required.
  9. Update the tracking system for compliance audit issues and remediation action plan status.

Specific Skills and Knowledge:
  1. Must be detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  2. Capable of training business users on system usage and performing screenings of third-parties.
  3. Must be able to exercise judgment and analyze data.
  4. Knowledge of third-party management and Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Rules/Regulations including, but not limited to, the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
  5. Distribution Industry experience is preferred.
  6. Strong understanding of available technology and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  7. Strong organizational or project management skills with demonstrated ability to participate in multiple projects and tasks.
  8. General understanding of global HCC laws, regulations, and industry codes; some knowledge of sales and marketing activities.

Working Hours: 07:30 PM IST - 04:30 AM IST (OR) 06:30 PM IST - 03:30 AM IST
