About the Job

We are seeking highly skilled and innovative Machine Learning Engineers with strong expertise in building and deploying advanced machine learning and AI models, particularly working with unstructured data, NLP, and generative AI solutions.

  • The ideal candidates will bring deep experience in designing, experimenting, and delivering AI-driven capabilities that unlock business value and innovation.
  • They will be responsible for extracting insights from unstructured data sets (text, images, documents, etc.) and building scalable solutions using cloud-native platforms.
Key Responsibilities

The Machine Learning Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Designing, developing, and deploying ML and AI models on cloud-native platforms.
  • Applying advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Natural Language Generation (NLG) techniques to solve business problems.
  • Leveraging Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, Genie AI in Databricks, and other cloud-native services for generative AI use cases.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Continuously exploring, testing, and implementing new algorithms, tools, and frameworks to improve model accuracy and performance.
  • Communicating findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Taking ownership and accountability for end-to-end project delivery, from data exploration to production deployment.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven hands-on experience in cloud-based machine learning, NLP, NLG, LLMs, and generative AI frameworks.
  • Strong background in Python, PySpark, and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.).
  • Experience with unstructured data pipelines and feature engineering.
  • Proficiency in MLOps frameworks for productionizing AI models.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
