Data Research Fellow

We are seeking a talented and driven Data Research Fellow to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, collecting reliable data, and providing evidence-based recommendations to support global projects in women's empowerment, leadership, and entrepreneurship.

  • Conduct primary and secondary research on education, entrepreneurship, and social development topics.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from credible sources.
  • Prepare structured research reports, white papers, and knowledge briefs.
  • Identify global and regional trends to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with project teams to provide data-backed insights.

You will have the opportunity to gain real-world experience in research and data-driven policy support, receive commission-based incentives for impactful research contributions, publish research work or reports with attribution, build a strong academic and professional portfolio, and network with global professionals, educators, and leaders.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Research, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Business, Data Science, Data Analytics, or related fields.
  • Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite (experience with research databases is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
