We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to assist our organization in maintaining financial records and preparing journal entries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and compliant financial records, ensuring adherence to Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) IFRS, and US-GAAP.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements, audit reports, and tax filings, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
  • Effectively manage accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and bank transactions.
  • Assist in GST filings, TDS calculations, and tax return preparations, ensuring compliance with Indian tax laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights to optimize efficiency and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client accounting and tax compliance needs, driving business growth through exceptional service delivery.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably at a CA firm.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Zoho Books, Quick Books, Net Suite, or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), GST, TDS, and Income Tax laws.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills along with high-level attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
