At Zensar Technologies, we are seeking a seasoned SAP Basis Administrator to join our team. As an Enterprise SAP Basis Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our SAP On Prem systems with a cloud environment.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP Basis administration, implementation, and support. A strong background in SAP system architecture, database management, and operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux, and SQL) is essential. Experience with SAP Migration Projects, including SUM and DMO, is also required. Additionally, expertise in SAP EHP upgrades, migrations, and integrations using DMO option is highly desirable.

Solid understanding of SAP security and compliance requirements is crucial. The ability to explain complex systems and technical topics in a clear, concise manner to others who may have minimal technical knowledge is a must. Passion for documentation, including diagrams, standards, and project papers, is also important.

Responsibilities:

  • Expert handling of System upgrades and Migration using DMO option of SUM including Unicode conversion
  • Lead implementation of Unicode conversion and upgrade plus overall security strategies and schemes post upgrade and Unicode conversion
  • Coordinate and execute implementation, configuration, and management of all SAP on-prem and on-cloud systems
  • Maintain integration between on-prem SAP and non-SAP systems and between on-prem SAP and other cloud systems
  • Monitor system performance against benchmarks and identify future issues for optimization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or related field (MIS, IT)
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP Basis administration, implementation, and support
  • Certified consultant either in OS/DB Migration or SAP BASIS Fundamentals
