Project Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Project Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assume ownership of project execution and design understanding.
  • Prior retail execution experience is highly desirable.
  • Maintain MEP services in Malls and high street stores.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD with drafting 2D drawings (optional).
  • Apply proper Project Management knowledge.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Timely reporting to Senior Manager and Project Head.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time with good quality.
  • Monitor CAPEX expenditure and overhead costs.
  • Be prepared for travel and site visits.
  • Attention to detail and quality control.
  • Raise flags for potential issues at the site.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in Architecture or Interior Design.
  • Experience in project execution.
  • Understanding of design principles.
