Nursing Specialist
At our organization, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Specialist to join our team. This role will provide nursing care to patients at home or assigned ICUs.
This position is ideal for individuals with experience in ICU, homecare, or hospital settings who possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with doctors, patients, and family members.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong foundation in nursing principles, including vitals monitoring, medication administration, and record-keeping.
We are looking for candidates with a Diploma/B.Sc/GNM in Nursing from a recognized institution, a valid nursing license/registration, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients at home or assigned ICUs
- Monitor patients' vital signs, administer medications as prescribed, and maintain accurate medical records
- Support patients with chronic conditions, post-surgical care, or palliative care needs
- Operate medical equipment (e.g., ventilators, infusion pumps) according to established protocols
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to hygiene and infection control standards
- Communicate effectively with healthcare teams, patients, and their families to ensure seamless care delivery
