The role involves processing transactions, events or data within a functional team. This may include time-critical, complex or regulated tasks involving internal and external parties.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and process transactions in own area of responsibility.
  • Apply all internal and external policies/guidelines and requirements of regulators and SLAs, KRIs and/or KPIs and quality measures.
  • Build relationships with clients for time-critical, complex or regulated tasks.
  • Contribute to product/function development for superior offerings in changing client needs and market trends.
  • Evaluate operational, regulatory and other risks and escalate to line manager and functional leads as needed.
  • Work effectively within the team, providing support and guidance to colleagues for continuous improvement.
  • Key Skills:
  • Technical experience in areas such as reconciliations.
  • Product and system knowledge.
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and local language.
  • Able to work in virtual teams and matrix organizations.
  • Desirable Skills:
  • Reconciliation, TLM, Trade Lifecycle, Domain Knowledge - Investment Bank.
  • Experience:
  • Technical experience in areas such as reconciliations.
  • Product and system knowledge.
  • Basic analytical skills and flexible problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and local language.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 3+ years of experience working with data in related fields.
  • Leadership and communication skills.

This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and relevant technical experience. The ideal candidate will be able to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to new technologies.
