Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing audiovisual integration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within scope and budget. This role requires excellent leadership, project coordination, and client-facing communication skills.

Key responsibilities include leading and managing AV integration projects, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating internal engineering teams, external vendors, and subcontractors, monitoring project financials, and ensuring high technical standards are met.

The successful candidate will possess a strong technical understanding of AV systems, including video conferencing platforms, AV-over-IP solutions, control systems, audio DSPs, and display and projection technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing AV integration projects, preferably in a regional or multi-country capacity.
  • Strong technical understanding of AV systems.
  • Excellent leadership, project coordination, and client-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP, CTS-D, or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally for project deployments as required.
