Senior Hospitality Manager Job Description

About the Role

The Senior Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hospitality services, ensuring that we deliver exceptional quality and service to our clients. This involves managing a team of staff, coordinating with external suppliers, and maintaining high standards of health, safety, and environmental management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Food Operation:

    1. Manage menu recipes rotation for breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner, and special events.
    2. Develop new ideas for promotions, festivals, and other special events.
    3. Taste food before service begins.

  • Cash and Debtors Management:

    1. Ensure accurate control, handover, and deposition of cash.
    2. Maintain accurately all specified cash control documents.

  • People Management and Training:

    1. Manage on-site team including cooks, MPWs, stewards, cashiers, and Stores assistants.
    2. Implement and carry out HR processes and staff welfare activities.

  • Communication and Client Retention:

    1. Stay in close communication with clients for all issues regarding services, additional business, and hygiene.
    2. Prepare documents of the same.
