We are seeking an experienced and skilled Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop architectural plans and models
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies

Requirements:

  • Architecture degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management
  • Strong technical skills in CAD software and other design tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Architecture or related field
  • LEED AP or other sustainability certifications
  • Experience with BIM and Revit software
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
