Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant to join our team.

  • Configure and implement multiple SuccessFactors modules for large organizations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand Time Off requirements for POC, conduct workshops, and design tailored solutions.
  • Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules, including Global Time and Employee Central (EC), based on business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Work on time type, time profile, holiday calendar, work schedule, accrual rule, and interim rule configuration, as well as payout, proration, and carryover logic configuration.
  • Understand objects used within Time Management modules and configure time valuation rules, time collectors, overtime calculations, and thresholds.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and execute testing to validate module configurations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on SuccessFactors modules' best practices, processes, and regulations.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and support teams to facilitate adoption and operation of SuccessFactors solutions.
