Job Opportunity:

Software Developers in Test (SDETs) at PostQode play a pivotal role in shaping cutting-edge platforms leveraging AI, automation, and large language models (LLMs) to accelerate innovation and deliver flawless releases at scale.

The team collaborates closely with product, development, and QA teams to define intelligent test coverage using AI-driven agents, automated defect tracking, and dynamic reporting.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining sophisticated automation frameworks and robust test suites for web, mobile, and API applications.

Furthermore, SDETs investigate bugs, debug applications, and automate root cause analysis through LLM-powered workflows and agentic testing solutions.

Required skills include strong proficiency in Java or a similar programming language, mastery of test automation tools, and proven experience designing and building scalable automation frameworks from scratch.

Other essential skills include expertise with test automation of Web Apps, complex APIs, Mobile apps, knowledge of performance and security testing, and understanding of version control, CI/CD, and structured test reporting.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is also required, along with 4-5 years hands-on experience in SDET/test automation roles.
