About the Role:

  • To provide expert-level editing, proofreading, and quality assurance services for English language content created by various teams within the organization.

  • To assess the quality of language model outputs, identify errors or inconsistencies, and provide actionable feedback using established evaluation criteria.
  • To develop, implement, and maintain language guidelines and best practices that align with industry standards.
  • To leverage cultural insights to craft content that resonates with diverse target audiences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Communications, or a related field.
  • Native or near-native proficiency in English.
  • Proven experience in content creation, annotation, editing, or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail, commitment to linguistic accuracy, and excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Essential Skills:

  • Expert command of English grammar, syntax, and vocabulary.
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and other relevant tools.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with diverse stakeholders.
  • Cultural sensitivity and awareness, with the ability to tailor content to specific audience needs.
