Solar Project Development Professional

Establish a thriving solar pump project business by identifying market potential, generating leads, and efficiently managing project execution from tender to final payment release.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Explore Solar pump market opportunities, generate leads & enquiries from designated territories to meet assigned targets in the Solar Segment.
  • For Project-based supplies, map selections to installers & later installers to farmers, coordinating with installers and sending details to Projects coordination in required excel formats. Prepare data for booking and compile data to monitor Projects.
  • Ensure Joint Site Report (JSR) is cleared by installers after work order; ensure all farmer details submission is done for booking. Ensure inspections & Bill submissions are done by following Installation Partners (IPs) after installations in coordination with the Commercial Management (CM) team, as payment advice moves through various stages – circle level to Head Office of nodal agencies & get final payments released from departments for both JCR and Revenue Management System (RMS) bill submissions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with MEDA, MSEDCL, other agencies, and bidders to foster long-term business partnerships and drive growth.
  • Identify potential dealers who can contribute to solar pump sales and solar projects business supply prospects.
  • Collect payments in all business models from departments or end customers.

  • Excellent coordination and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in data management and reporting.
  • Adept at navigating government tender processes and compliance.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with government agencies, bidders, and dealers.
