We're seeking an exceptional Engineering Manager to spearhead our digital infrastructure efforts.

As an Engineering Manager, you'll be responsible for leading sprints, prioritizing tasks, managing multiple products/tools, and owning product delivery, sprint optimization, and architecture development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive technical design remodeling and refactoring of layer 1 blockchain, smart contracts, and systems for robustness and scalability.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create technical vision, detailed roadmap, and drive critical design discussions.
  • Lead technology & architectural decisions to drive teams for implementation & code reviews.
  • Build engineering processes for the team and champion product thinking.
  • Provide technical leadership with a focus on quality & security.
  • Robust documentation and knowledge management across the blockchain ecosystem.
