Job Overview

A Business Development Executive at IDDA Assurance should be a skilled communicator, capable of engaging with healthcare practitioners and professionals along with corporate clients. They must be proactive in analyzing data to refine their communication strategies, enabling them to effectively present IDDA-specific details and drive sales among corporate and doctor clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Engage with doctors' electronic medical records (EMRs) and healthcare practitioners to pitch healthtech solutions and onboard them.
  2. Conduct field sales visits to doctors, attend corporate events, and generate leads to expand the client network.
  3. Engage with corporates and related departments of employee wellness to pitch healthcare plans and onboard clients for their benefits.
  4. Maintain ongoing relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring continuous engagement.
  5. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and negotiate service terms.
  6. Lead sales teams, maintain management information system (MIS) reports, and refine strategies based on industry trends.
  7. Promote the IDDA concept, highlighting product benefits and ensuring consistent brand messaging.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development with healthcare practitioners and in the healthcare industry or a related field.
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
  • Well-versed with patient management healthtech systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or Master's in Marketing is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales objectives.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office applications.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
