Senior Affordable Housing Analyst

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Analyst to join our team in a key role that involves structuring and executing affordable housing deals. The successful candidate will work closely with us to identify and pursue funding opportunities from various governmental sources, preparing and submitting MS Excel-based applications, and providing support documentation in MS Word and Adobe PDF.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate or Postgraduate Degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate, Underwriting, Financial Modelling, or Financial Research
- Background in Financial Analysis, Project/Infrastructure finance, Credit Analysis, Valuation, Balance Sheet Analysis is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe PDF
- Strong communication skills in English
