Visual Designer Position

We seek a creative and detail-oriented individual to lead visual storytelling in eLearning development using Articulate Storyline 360.

This role involves collaboration with instructional designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to create engaging visual content for digital learning experiences. The ideal candidate will have high proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and a strong portfolio showcasing creative and polished design work.

About the Role:
  • Design graphics, illustrations, and layouts for eLearning courses, presentations, and other digital media.
  • Support the visual development of training modules by providing assets (icons, templates, characters, etc.).
  • Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure visuals align with learning goals.
  • Learn and gradually contribute to the development of interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline 360.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and polished design work.
  • Basic understanding of design principles such as color theory, typography, and composition.
  • Willingness to learn Articulate Storyline 360 and other eLearning authoring tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop visually appealing eLearning content that enhances user experience.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive visual branding.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with eLearning authoring tools, specifically Articulate Storyline 360.
