As a seasoned Backend Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and building scalable backend systems using Golang, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to create clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to best practices. You will also be responsible for optimizing and troubleshooting backend systems for performance and scalability.

In addition, you will develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs for internal and external integrations, design and manage databases – relational and NoSQL – for optimal data flow and integrity, and integrate AI tools and frameworks for automation, analytics, and intelligent features.

You must have at least 4 years of experience in backend development with Golang, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript, as well as strong system design expertise for scalable and maintainable solutions.

A solid understanding of multithreading and concurrency is essential, along with proficiency in PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar databases, and familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative coding practices.

The ideal candidate should also have cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, and containerization with Docker/Kubernetes. Experience or interest in AI technologies for automation and decision support is also highly desirable.

Beyond technical skills, excellent problem-solving and communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
