Photographer and Videographer Job Description

We are seeking a talented visual content creator to join our social media marketing team. As a key member, you will be responsible for producing high-quality photos and videos that engage our audience and showcase our brand.

Responsibilities:
  • Shoot raw photos and videos of people, products, and nature with proper framing and composition.
  • Set up props, backgrounds, and aesthetic arrangements for professional and creative shoots.
  • Arrange and adjust lighting for perfect illumination and visual appeal.
  • Travel to client sites for raw content shoots as per project requirements.
  • Operate professional equipment including cameras, lenses, gimbals, lights, and other attachments.
  • Guide models, clients, and team members on posing, expressions, and positioning for desired output.
  • Edit photos for basic corrections like color balance, brightness, and contrast before handing over.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Solid portfolio of professionally created content including product, human, and lifestyle shoots.
  • Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in professional photography and videography.
  • Mastery in handling professional cameras, lenses, gimbals, lights, and other equipment.
  • Strong understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and aesthetic detailing.
  • Open to traveling and comfortable with in-person client shoots.
  • Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) will put you at the top of the list.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage files, upload raw footage, and ensure smooth handover.
  • Extreme passion for photography and videography with a sharp creative eye for design details.
