Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Visual Content Creator to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality visual content that showcases our clients' products, people, and experiences.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, then use your expertise to create engaging and informative content. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Capturing raw photos and videos with proper framing and composition
  • Setting up props, backgrounds, and aesthetic arrangements for creative shoots
  • Arranging and adjusting lighting for perfect illumination and visual appeal
  • Traveling to client sites for raw content shoots as per project requirements
  • Operating professional equipment, including cameras, lenses, gimbals, lights, and other attachments

You will also be responsible for guiding models, clients, and team members on posing, expressions, and positioning for desired output, as well as editing photos for basic corrections before handing over.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in professional photography and videography
  • Mastery in handling professional cameras, lenses, gimbals, lights, and other equipment
  • A strong understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and aesthetic detailing
  • Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage files, upload raw footage, and ensure smooth handover
