Job Description:
  • Lead the development of high-complexity architectural designs by collaborating with cross-functional design teams.
  • Refine selected design concepts into schematic and draft final designs, incorporating detailed drawings and reports.
  • Ensure seamless coordination of design requirements across disciplines for projects of high complexity at all stages, from schematic to detailed.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to implement design value engineering for complex projects.
  • Validate and review design deliverables for medium- to high-complexity projects with clients and authorities.
  • Develop comprehensive tender documents, including specifications, bills of quantities, and conditions of contract.
  • Support project teams in reviewing design deliverables, conducting thorough checks, and issuing quality-assurance reports.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to develop, review, and update work programs and man-hour estimates, managing scope, schedule, or budget changes.
  • Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and project schedules effectively.
  • Mitigate project contractual risks proactively.
  • Oversee external suppliers and subcontracts to ensure adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Assist Project Managers in monitoring and managing project budgets and schedules.
  • Provide support to Project Managers in developing periodic progress reports.
  • Implement quality control policies and procedures on design deliverables and conduct peer reviews of team members' work.
