Key Responsibilities

  • Implement MS Dynamics 365 Commerce/Retail solutions from start to finish.
  • Analyze business processes and provide expert advice on the Microsoft Dynamics D365 application's capabilities.

  • Oversee application development, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Identify and communicate project findings to senior management and client teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience leading and managing MS Dynamics 365 Commerce/Retail support projects.
  • In-depth understanding of unified commerce business operations and hands-on experience configuring, deploying, maintaining, and utilizing MS Dynamics 365 Commerce/eCommerce (Retail).
  • Proven expertise in D365 Commerce/Retail implementations and support.
  • Able to configure eCommerce platforms effectively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
