Job Description
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of workplace health, safety, and environmental (HSSE) reporting, and effectively administer related systems.
  • Analyze HSSE data with the HS&R team to identify trends and support safety learning.
  • Contribute to the global Workplace team by leading cyber risk management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with contracts advisors to oversee contract compliance activities, including conducting CDD processes and maintaining contract review schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HSSE reporting in IRIS and other systems, ensuring system setup meets Workplace needs. Act as the global Workplace IRIS coordinator.
  • Analyze safety data to support effective learning processes.
  • Promote a culture of cybersecurity awareness through annual engagement programs as the Workplace Cyber Ambassador.
  • Oversee the driving safety database for Workplace, ensuring compliance and management reporting.
  • Develop and implement procedures for the safety management system, incorporating regular document reviews.
  • Create and manage tools for monitoring contract compliance, including CCD tracking and contract expiry date monitoring.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree (or equivalent), or a master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrable experience achieving results in diverse cultures, promoting innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of managing process efficiency, data quality, systems performance, and development.
  • Experience working with health and safety, environmental, and quality management systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with high Emotional Intelligence.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with English fluency required for global operation. A collaborative and flexible work style is essential.
  • Previous experience in an H&S role within an operational environment with a strong H&SE focus and culture.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in property management activities.
  • Effective working experience in globally distributed teams or multi-country agile teams.
  • Familiarity with the Vested methodology.
