Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled AR Caller to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and experience in customer service and collections.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
This role involves making outbound calls to insurance companies and end customers to obtain prior authorization, request missing or incomplete payer information, update patient information, and complete transactions.
Inbound calls handling requires working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver professional customer service, ensuring that customer enquiries, payments, and complaints are resolved at the first point of contact.
This is a dynamic role that demands strong verbal and written communication skills, a neutral accent, and good adaptation to US culture.
The successful candidate will be able to resolve customer queries in the first point of contact, focus on delivering a positive customer experience, and possess active listening skills, good data entry & typing skills, and the ability to multitask.
This role requires a graduate with 12-24 months of International Voice (Inbound/Outbound) process experience preferably in patient handling, Provider/DME AR calling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to insurance companies and end customers
- Obtaining prior authorization and requesting missing or incomplete payer information
- Updating patient information and completing transactions
- Handling inbound calls and resolving customer enquiries, payments, and complaints
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver professional customer service
Requirements:
- Graduate degree
- 12-24 months of International Voice (Inbound/Outbound) process experience
- Experience in patient handling, Provider/DME AR calling preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Neutral accent and good adaptation to US culture
- Active listening skills, good data entry & typing skills, and ability to multitask
